Order processing

The order goes to fulfillment after the Online Store receives confirmation of the execution of the transaction from the Subcontractor, of which the Customer is informed by e-mail. In the case of Goods, the Seller immediately informs the Subcontractor of the order details necessary to coordinate the shipment of the order.

The delivery time of the order depends on the availability of the Product and the date of receipt of confirmation of the transaction from the Subcontractor processing the payment.

In the event that the ordered Product is not available or the Customer's order cannot be fulfilled for other reasons, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer of the situation by sending a message to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer in the registration form or will provide information by telephone to the number indicated by the Customer in the registration form or order form. In such a case, the Seller may:

Depending on the situation, offer the Customer:

to cancel the order in its entirety (in such a situation the Seller will be relieved of the obligation to carry out the order);

to cancel the order in part, in which fulfillment is not possible within the prescribed period (in such a situation, the order will be fulfilled in part, whereby the Seller will be released from the obligation to fulfill it to the remaining extent);

divide the order and set a new completion date for that part of the order, the completion of which is not possible within the originally set date (in such a situation, the completion of the Products comprising the order will be made on different dates).

Withdraw from the sales contract within 30 days counted from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the payment for the subject of the order was made in advance - the Seller will return the amount paid to the Customer immediately, but no later than within 3 (three) days from the date of sending the statement of withdrawal from the contract.

Principles of order fulfillment of Goods:

Orders are processed only on Business Days, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The order processing time indicated by the Online Store is the sum of the time it takes for the Subcontractor to complete the Goods, forward them for shipment and transport them via the Subcontractor. It is calculated from the moment the order is confirmed by the Online Store and ranges from 3 to 7 Business Days.

The goods are shipped by the Subcontractor via courier service.

The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form. Any changes to the delivery address made by the Customer after the order has been shipped (incorrect address, failure to receive the shipment on time, etc.) will be made at the Customer's expense. If the customer provides an erroneous or inaccurate address, the Seller shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery of the order item.
