The procedure for returning goods in 5 steps

1. Familiarize yourself with the rules for returning goods (see below).

2. Download and fill out - the link to the form (https://coffeecups.com.pl/formularz return-shop www.pdf). Remember that the information included in it will allow us to identify your order and handle the return efficiently.

3. Pack well the goods you want to return. It is important to secure the parcel well for transportation. Remember that the seller is not responsible for any damage in transit. If possible, return the product in its original packaging. Remember to attach the completed return form to the parcel.

4. Send the parcel to the seller's address: COFFEECUPS ul. Belgijska 6, 55-220 Jelcz-Laskowice. You send the goods back to the Seller at your own expense and responsibility. We suggest using courier shipments.

5. Expect a refund. We transfer the funds within no more than 7 working days after receiving the shipment of goods eligible for return. (Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827). Remember that the Seller is obliged to refund the cost of delivering the goods to the consumer only up to the amount determined by the cheapest delivery method available in the store for the goods.

Rules for returning purchased goods

In connection with the withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the opportunity to return the goods purchased in the online store https://coffeecups.com.pl/en/ within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason even if the goods are in accordance with the order. In order to be able to return the goods, it is sufficient to inform the store https://coffeecups.com.pl/en/ of the fact of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receipt. the 14-day period in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract begins at the time of receipt of the goods by the buyer or a person designated by him. Information about the fact of withdrawal from the contract is sufficient to send to the email address hello@ https://coffeecups.com.pl/en/.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded. If the consumer has withdrawn from the contract, he should return the goods to the store within 14 days. the seller, in turn, must, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer's statement of withdrawal, return to the consumer all payments made by him, including the cost of delivering the item to the consumer. the seller may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the consumer until it receives the item back or the consumer provides proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.

The cost directly related to the return of the goods, i.e. the cost of delivering the returned goods to the Seller shall be borne by the consumer.

Before returning the goods, you can unpack the ordered goods and check their usable features, but remember that the consumer is liable for any diminution in the value of the thing resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the value of the returned goods has been reduced as a result of, for example, wear and tear, the seller has the right to reduce the amount returned in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
