Order Processing

The order is processed once the Online Store receives confirmation of the transaction from the Payment Processing Entity, which is communicated to the Customer via email. In the case of Products, the Seller immediately informs the Subcontractor of the order details necessary to coordinate the shipment.

The order processing time depends on the availability of the Product and the moment the transaction confirmation is received from the Payment Processing Entity.

If the ordered Product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer by sending an email to the address provided in the registration form, or by phone using the number provided in the registration or order form. In such a case, the Seller may:

Depending on the situation, propose to the Customer:

  • to cancel the entire order (in such a case, the Seller will be released from the obligation to fulfill the order);
  • to cancel part of the order that cannot be fulfilled within the specified time (in such a case, the remaining part of the order will be processed, and the Seller will be released from the obligation to fulfill the rest);
  • to split the order and set a new delivery date for the part of the order that cannot be fulfilled within the originally specified time (in such a case, the Products will be delivered in separate shipments at different times).

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the payment for the order was made in advance, the Seller will refund the paid amount immediately, but no later than within 3 (three) days from the date the withdrawal statement is sent.

Order fulfillment rules for Products:

Orders are processed only on Business Days, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

The order processing time depends on the availability of the Product and the time of receipt of the transaction confirmation from the Payment Processing Entity, and it ranges from 1 to 3 business days.

The Product is shipped by the Subcontractor via courier service.

The order will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the order form. Any changes to the delivery address made by the Customer after the order has been sent (incorrect address, failure to collect the shipment on time, etc.) will be at the Customer’s expense. If the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, the Seller is not responsible for non-delivery or delays in the delivery of the order.
